The Kneipp Path
The Kneipp path is a procedure based on contrast, on the effect of alternating warm and cold water.
What is happening at this moment?
Blood circulation is accelerated, due to this, metabolic processes are activated, in parallel, the body is cleansed and the heart and blood vessels are strengthened. In general, this is a wonderful vascular system workout. Naturally, this increases immunity.
