Rules of stay and provision of sanatorium services of JSC Sanatorium Magadan

Attention! Since May 1, 2018, a fee for the use of the resort infrastructure has been introduced - a resort fee. The payers of the resort fee are individuals who have reached the age of majority and have been living in accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours.The amount of the resort fee in 2018 in the Krasnodar Territory from one individual who has reached the age of 18 and lives in the accommodation facility for more than 24 hours is 50 rubles per day.In accordance with art. 7 of the Law of the Krasnodar Territory dated 11/27/2017 No. 3690-KZ, these individuals are obliged to pay a resort fee upon check-in at the accommodation facility. The list of persons exempt from paying the resort fee is established by Article 7 of Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated 07/29/2017.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

These Rules of accommodation in JSC Sanatorium Magadan have been developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection". By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1085 dated October 09, 2015 "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of Hotel services in the Russian Federation" and regulate relations in the field of providing sanatorium and hotel services.

The provision of hotel services is carried out on the basis of a certificate of assignment to the accommodation facility of the appropriate category, approved by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

JSC Sanatorium Magadan (hereinafter referred to as the "Sanatorium") is designed to provide paid medical, sanatorium and resort services to legal entities and individuals using natural, climatic and other therapeutic factors, on the basis of contracts.

Citizens (foreign citizens) accepted for sanatorium treatment are accommodated on the terms stipulated by the agreements concluded with them and (or) purchased vouchers.

The reception of arriving vacationers (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") takes place at the reception desk in building No. 5.

When staying in the "Sanatorium", "Guests", in addition to an identity document, must have in their hands: a certificate of the epicenter (according to the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor), a sanatorium card, documents confirming the right to receive a voucher (an exchange voucher, voucher or power of attorney), copies of payment orders with a bank mark (for non-cash payment). In case of cash payment, payment must be made on the day of arrival. For children from 5 to 14 years old - a birth certificate, a sanatorium card, a certificate of the epidermis, a certificate from a pediatrician or an epidemiologist about the absence of contact with infected patients at their place of residence, kindergarten or school.

Admission of foreign citizens to the Sanatorium is carried out in the presence of the following documents; passport, migration card, visa, temporary residence permit, residence permit. The administration of the Sanatorium has the right to refuse admission to foreign citizens who do not have legal grounds to stay in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The check-out time at the Sanatorium is 12:00.

The voucher is valid only for the period specified in it, cannot be transferred to another person or divided between several persons.

In accordance with the terms of the voucher (contract) The "guest" is provided with a place to rest and stay, sanatorium-resort assistance, meals, as well as a range of additional services, including for an additional fee.

When checking into the room, the "Guest" must familiarize himself with the list of property located in the room. If any defects are found, inform the reception desk within 30 minutes, otherwise it is automatically assumed that the "Guest" agrees with the presence of the property that is indicated in the list.

If the "Guest" arrived at the Sanatorium by car, he must fill out applications for parking the car in the accommodation department, make a payment according to the current price list and receive the appropriate pass to enter and park the car on the territory of the Sanatorium.

The pass must be stored on the windshield. On the territory of the Sanatorium, it is necessary to strictly observe the speed limit and the requirements of road signs installed on the territory of the Sanatorium. Security personnel have the right to inspect vehicles in order to prevent terrorist acts.

When driving a car to a parking place, the speed of movement on the territory of the Sanatorium should not exceed 10 km / hour.

The administration of the Sanatorium is not responsible for the safety of motor vehicles (in case of falling trees, damage, theft, penetration of unauthorized persons into the vehicle, etc.)

It is strictly prohibited to park vehicles on hatches, grassy lawns, as well as in the forest park area adjacent to recreation areas, block the circular passage of fire trucks around buildings, and travel by private car without a pass.

Parking is available in designated areas.

Traveling by car on the territory of the Sanatorium is prohibited.

The "Guest" card is a pass to the territory of the Sanatorium.

In case of early arrival or forced delay, subject to availability, additional payment for accommodation and meals is set (according to the current price list).

The extension of the tour period is possible subject to availability. Payment is made at the prices/tariffs of the Sanatorium at the time of extension of the stay. If the room is booked, the vacationer is obliged to vacate the room and move to another one offered by the administration of the Sanatorium.

In case of late arrival, no refund will be made for the hours of delay. Late arrival does not give the right to extend the term of the sanatorium permit. Accommodation or transfer to another room is possible in consultation with the administration of the Sanatorium and is issued at the reception and accommodation service. The transfer to a room of another category is made with recalculation of the cost of accommodation.

The administration of the Sanatorium has the right to transfer vacationers to other rooms (urgent repairs of premises or equipment, emergencies, etc.) corresponding to the comfort class and cost.

When purchasing a sanatorium voucher by bank transfer and cash directly at the sanatorium, in case of early departure, a penalty is charged for one day of room downtime. For the remaining unused days of rest and treatment, the cost of the voucher is refunded in full.

In case of early departure of a "Guest" vacationing on a commercial basis, a refund is made on the basis of a personal application and according to the terms of the contract for the provision of sanatorium services (a penalty is charged for 1 day of room downtime).

When leaving the sanatorium for a day or more, the vacationer is obliged to notify the reception desk administrator about the timing and reason for the absence of tel. 15-01, 15-46 (building 1-4), 15-45 (building 5). Compensation of funds for accommodation, meals, treatment included in the voucher for the period of absence from the sanatorium is not made.

When purchasing a sanatorium-resort voucher through social insurance funds, travel agencies, corporate customers by bank transfer, a refund in case of delay or early departure is not made to the guest.

To make a refund to the buyer of a sanatorium voucher, the following documents must be submitted:

  • return request (of the established sample);
  • a tear-off voucher from the voucher, or a receipt for payment;
  • an identity document.

The refund of funds to the client is made within 10 (ten) days.

Children between the ages of 5 and 18 are admitted to the Sanatorium only accompanied by adults. 

In accordance with Article 1064 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in case of damage to the property of JSC Sanatorium Magadan by a person vacationing in the Sanatorium, the specified person is obliged to compensate the damage in full and in accordance with the established procedure.

In the event of obligations that have caused damage to property, an act is drawn up with the participation of the commission. The guest puts a signature, which means consent, and pays the amount of damage caused in the reception and accommodation department. 

If the guest refuses to sign the act of damage to property, an act of refusal is drawn up in the presence of the commission, the fact of damage to the "Sanatorium" is testified and the police are called.

Parents (guardians, trustees) who have arrived at the Sanatorium with minors assume responsibilities for the direct supervision of children, in connection with which they are responsible for their actions. In order to avoid accidents, parents (guardians, trustees) are not allowed to leave children unattended during the entire period of stay in the "Sanatorium". Children's meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the dining room are carried out only with parents (guardians, guardians), who are obliged to monitor the behavior of children. Children are allowed to use swimming pools, the beach and medical procedures only when accompanied by adults. Unaccompanied children under the age of 12 are strictly prohibited from using the elevator alone. Responsibility for the life and health of the child rests entirely with the parents (guardians).

Guests on vouchers from Social Insurance Funds and receiving rehabilitation and rehabilitation treatment under Voluntary Health Insurance programs are served in accordance with the terms of the contract with insurance companies.
