Treatment at the sanatorium "Magadan" for the participants of the SVO and their families in Sochi

In the absence of a properly issued sanatorium card (form No. 072/y and No. 076/y for children) and the patient's refusal to issue it on the spot (the service is paid), the attending physician of the sanatorium has the right to refuse to accept medical procedures. A spa card can be purchased with a certificate from the CBO, registration takes from 2 to 3 days, during which time the procedures are not performed.

It is possible to book a sanatorium-resort voucher according to the CBO certificate only through the booking department manager.

Documents upon check-in according to the CBO certificate:

• CBO certificate (original);
a
• document certifying the identity of the holder of the CBO certificate, as well as members of his family;
  
• documents issued at the registry office confirming kinship with the owner of the certificate of the SVO – in case his family members (spouse, children, parents) are together with the owner of the certificate;
  
• sanatorium and resort card;
a
• certificate of the epidermis (for adults and children) and a certificate of enterobiosis (for children), which can be obtained at the polyclinic at the place of residence.

Who is eligible for the benefit?

• Military personnel and volunteers participating (or who have participated) in the SVO since February 24, 2022
• Members of their families (spouse, children, parents), only when vacationing with a member of their family.

How do I get a certificate?

• FKU WCC of the Russian Ministry of Defense (departmental centers).
• Military commissariat or military unit.
• Any MFC (all over Russia).
• Online — through the portal of Public Services.

Note

the
• appointment by the attending physician depends on the functional state, nature and stage of the disease, indications, contraindications, presence of concomitant pathology, compatibility of procedures, in accordance with the requirements of Standards;
• sanatorium treatment is prescribed for three (3) days;
no
• medical procedures are prescribed on the first and last day of stay at the sanatorium;
• all therapeutic and preventive and balneo-physiotherapeutic procedures are carried out to the extent and in strict accordance with the standards of sanatorium-resort care for the population, approved by the orders of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia, as well as sanitary rules and guidelines governing the work of a medical institution in a resort.

• specific list of medical services is prescribed by the attending physician, in excess of the specified amount, paid additionally, according to the current price list of medical services;
the
• procedures cannot be replaced or refunded;
• medical treatment is not included in the package price.
