Starting March 4, 2022, restrictions on entry to sanatorium facilities have been lifted in the Krasnodar Territory.

Now, upon arrival at the sanatorium, you must present:

  • identification document
  • a sanatorium-resort card (when vacationing on a sanatorium-resort voucher)

Regulatory legal acts:

  • Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated July 29, 2017 «On Conducting an experiment on the development of resort infrastructure» (as amended. dated December 5, 2022 No. 489-FZ)
  • The Law of the Krasnodar Territory dated November 27, 2017 No. 3690-KZ «On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory and Amendments to the Law of the Krasnodar Territory «On Administrative Offenses» (as amended. dated December 23, 2022 No. 4817-KZ)

The duration of the experiment on the development of resort infrastructure is from July 16, 2018 to December 31, 2024.

The amount of the resort fee is 50 rubles per day, not counting the day of arrival.

19 preferential categories are exempt from paying the resort fee (Article 7 of Federal Law No. 214-FZ of July 29, 2017); residents of the Krasnodar Territory; children under 18 years of age; persons staying in the accommodation facility for less than 24 hours.

The deadline for payment of the resort fee is no later than the day of arrival.

Violation of the requirements by payers of the resort fee and operators of the resort fee in terms of conducting an experiment on collecting a resort fee is regulated by the Law of the Krasnodar Territory dated July 23, 2003 No. 608-KZ «On Administrative Offenses».

The resort fee is to be credited to the regional budget.

The funds of the resort fee are intended for the improvement of the resort infrastructure objects of therapeutic, socio-cultural, sports and recreational purposes, including parks, squares, urban forests, boulevards, terraced areas, beaches, embankments, pedestrian zones, landscaping elements, as well as other objects capable of satisfying the spiritual and other needs of tourists, to contribute to the maintenance of their vital functions, the restoration and development of their physical strength, with the exception of objects of the municipal infrastructure system and highways.
