Important information

In the absence of a properly completed spa treatment card (Form No. 072/u and No. 076/u for children) and the patient's refusal to obtain one on-site (a fee-based service), the attending physician at the spa has the right to refuse medical procedures. A spa treatment card can be purchased with a SVO certificate; processing takes 2 to 3 days, during which time procedures are not performed.

You can book a spa voucher with a SVO certificate only through the reservations department manager.

Documents required for check-in with a SVO certificate:

  • SVO certificate (original);
  • Identity document of the SVO certificate holder, as well as their family members;
  • Documents issued by the Civil Registry Office confirming family ties with the SVO certificate holder – if family members (spouse, children, parents) are staying with the certificate holder;
  • Sanatorium card;
  • Certificate of epidemiological environment (for adults and children) and a certificate for enterobiasis (for children), which can be obtained At the local clinic.
At the Magadan Sanatorium, only SVO participants registered in the Krasnodar Territory can use the SVO certificate.

Who is eligible for the discount?

  • Military personnel and volunteers participating (or who participated) in the SVO since February 24, 2022.
  • Members of their families (spouse, children, parents) only when vacationing with a SVO participant.
How to confirm status: A photo of a certificate confirming participation in a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and the Kherson Oblast, issued to the SVO participant, is required.

Where can I get a certificate?

  • FKU VSC of the Ministry of Defense of Russia (departmental centers).
  • Military enlistment office or military unit.
  • Any MFC (all over Russia).
  • Online - through the State Services portal.

Note:

  • The doctor's prescription depends on the functional state, nature and stage of the disease, indications, contraindications, presence of concomitant pathology, compatibility of procedures, in accordance with the requirements of the Standards;
  • Sanatorium-resort treatment is prescribed for three (3) days;
  • in the first and The last day of stay at the sanatorium, medical procedures are not prescribed;
  • All medical and preventive, balneo-physiotherapeutic procedures are carried out in the scope and in strict accordance with the standards of spa and resort care for the population, approved by orders of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia, as well as sanitary rules and guidelines governing the operation of a medical institution in a resort setting.
  • A specific list of medical services is prescribed by the attending physician. Any services in excess of the specified amount are paid additionally, according to the current price list of medical services;
  • Procedures are not subject to replacement or refund;
  • Drug treatment is not included in the price of the voucher.

Accommodation Information

  • Check-in at the health resort starts from 14:00 on the arrival date.
  • Check-out from the health resort is until 12:00 on the departure date.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.

Information about receiving weekend treatment

  • The initial reception and consultation of incoming guests of the sanatorium "Magadan" is carried out by medical staff on duty. You will be consulted and, if there are medical indications and a spa card, the necessary examination and treatment will be prescribed.
  • Our medical center is open seven days a week: from 08:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and Sunday. All treatments are dispensed daily.

Contraindications

The list of medical contraindications for spa treatment is provided in paragraph 2 of Article 2.1 of Federal Law No. 26-FZ of February 23, 1995, "On Natural Healing Resources, Health Resorts, and Spas."

  • Acute and subacute illnesses, including acute infectious diseases before the end of the isolation period.
  • Sexually transmitted diseases.
  • Chronic illnesses in the acute stage.
  • Inflammatory polyarthropathies, systemic connective tissue disorders, ankylosing spondylitis, and other specified highly active spondylopathies.
  • Carriage of infectious diseases.
  • Contagious eye and skin diseases.
  • Parasitic diseases.
  • Diseases accompanied by persistent pain requiring constant use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances included in Lists II and II. href="https://normativ.kontur.ru/document?moduleId=1&documentId=467578#l526" target="_blank">IIIof the List of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their precursors subject to control in the Russian Federation, registered as medicinal products.
  • Tuberculosis of any localization during the intensive phase of treatment in the presence of bacterial excretion, confirmed by bacterioscopic, bacteriological, or molecular genetic methods.
  • Neoplasms of an unspecified nature (in the absence of written confirmation in the patient's medical records that the patient (or the patient's legal representative) has been warned of the possible risks associated with complications of the disease due to spa treatment).
  • Malignant neoplasms requiring antitumor treatment, including chemotherapy.
  • Epilepsy with ongoing seizures, including those resistant to treatment.
  • Epilepsy with remission of less than 6 months (for non-psychiatric health resort facilities).
  • Mental and behavioral disorders in a state of exacerbation or unstable remission, including those posing a danger to the patient and others.
  • Mental and behavioral disorders caused by psychoactive substance use.
  • Cachexia of any origin.
  • Incurable progressive diseases and conditions requiring palliative care.
  • Diseases and conditions determined based on the results of scientific research into natural healing resources, including the results of relevant long-term practice.
