In the absence of a properly issued sanatorium card (form No. 072/y and No. 076/y for children) and the patient's refusal to issue it on the spot (the service is paid), the attending physician of the sanatorium has the right to refuse to accept medical procedures. The spa card is issued within 2-3 days, during which time the procedures are not provided.

the
• appointment by the attending physician depends on the functional state, nature and stage of the disease, indications, contraindications, presence of concomitant pathology, compatibility of procedures, in accordance with the requirements of Standards;
• upon check-in, you must present a certificate of the epidermis (for adults and children) and a certificate of enterobiosis (for children), which can be obtained at the polyclinic at your place of residence;
• sanatorium treatment is prescribed for three (3) days;

• medical procedures are prescribed on the first and last day of stay at the sanatorium;
• all therapeutic and preventive and balneo-physiotherapeutic procedures are carried out to the extent and in strict accordance with the standards of sanatorium-resort care for the population, approved by the orders of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia, as well as sanitary rules and guidelines governing the work of a medical institution in a resort.

• specific list of medical services is prescribed by the attending physician, in excess of the specified amount, paid additionally, according to the current price list of medical services;
the
• procedures cannot be replaced or refunded;
• medical treatment is not included in the package price.

Booking and cancellation procedure:

The "Magadan" Sanatorium has a guaranteed room reservation rule regardless of the applicable rate.

The reservation is considered guaranteed only after making an advance payment in the amount of 25% of the ticket price within 3 (three) days from the date of confirmation of the reservation request and invoicing.

In case of cancellation of the reservation and refusal to check into the sanatorium, the refund of funds for the prepaid cost of the voucher is carried out by the Sanatorium "Magadan" as follows:

• if you cancel your reservation 14 days or less before the arrival date, the refund will be deducted from the cost of the first day of the trip;
• If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the arrival date, the prepayment will be refunded in full.

If there are documented valid reasons (documented illness, death of close relatives, withdrawal from work due to official necessity) The sanatorium "Magadan" provides a refund completely regardless of the cancellation period.
