Children from 0 to 3 years old inclusive: they are accepted for free without providing a place and without prescribing treatment.
Children from 4 to 11 years old inclusive: When staying in an additional seat, you will receive a 50% discount from the cost of the main seat.
Children from 12 to 14 years old inclusive: If you stay in an additional seat, you will receive a 30% discount from the cost of the main seat.
Extra space for adults: 20% discount from the cost of the main seat.

Important information

Note:

upon check-in, you must present a certificate of the epidermis (for adults and children) and a certificate of enterobiosis (for children), which can be obtained at the polyclinic at your place of residence;
wellness procedures in excess of the specified amount are paid additionally, according to the current price list of medical services;
procedures cannot be replaced or refunded;
medical treatment is not included in the package price.

Booking and cancellation procedure:

The "Magadan" Sanatorium has a guaranteed room reservation rule regardless of the applicable rate.

The reservation is considered guaranteed only after making an advance payment in the amount of 25% of the ticket price within 3 (three) days from the date of confirmation of the reservation request and invoicing.

In case of cancellation of the reservation and refusal to check into the sanatorium, the refund of the prepaid cost of the voucher is carried out by the Sanatorium "Magadan" as follows:

if you cancel your reservation 14 days or less before the arrival date, the refund will be deducted from the cost of the first day of the trip;
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the arrival date, the prepayment will be refunded in full.

If there are documented valid reasons (documented illness, death of close relatives, withdrawal from work due to official necessity) The sanatorium "Magadan" provides a refund completely regardless of the cancellation period.

Accommodation Information

Check-in at the health resort starts from 14:00 on the arrival date.
Check-out from the health resort is until 12:00 on the departure date.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.

Information about receiving weekend treatment

The initial reception and consultation of incoming guests of the sanatorium "Magadan" is carried out by medical staff on duty. You will be consulted and, if there are medical indications and a spa card, the necessary examination and treatment will be prescribed.
Our medical center is open seven days a week: from 08:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and Sunday. All treatments are dispensed daily.

Contraindications

The list of medical contraindications for sanatorium-resort treatment is provided in paragraph 2 of Article 2.1 of Federal Law No. 26-FZ of February 23, 1995 "On Natural Healing Resources, health-improving areas and resorts".

Diseases in the acute and subacute stages, including acute infectious diseases until the end of the isolation period.
Sexually transmitted diseases.
Chronic diseases in the acute stage.

Inflammatory polyarthropathies, systemic connective tissue lesions, ankylosing spondylitis, and other specified high-activity spondylopathies.
Bacterial transmission of infectious diseases.
Infectious diseases of the eyes and skin.
Parasitic diseases.
Diseases accompanied by persistent pain syndrome requiring constant intake of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances included in Schedules IIand III The list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors subject to control in the Russian Federation, registered as medicines.
Tuberculosis of any localization in the intensive phase of treatment in the presence of bacterial release, confirmed by bacterioscopic, bacteriological or molecular genetic methods.
Neoplasms of an unspecified nature (in the absence of written confirmation in the patient's medical documentation that the patient (the patient's legal representative) has been warned about the possible risks associated with complications of the disease in connection with sanatorium treatment).
Malignant neoplasms requiring antitumor treatment, including chemotherapy.
Epilepsy with ongoing seizures, including treatment-resistant epilepsy.
Epilepsy in remission for less than 6 months (for sanatorium-resort organizations with a non-neuropsychiatric profile).
Mental disorders and behavioral disorders in a state of exacerbation or unstable remission, including those that pose a danger to the patient and others.
Mental disorders and behavioral disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances.
Cachexia of any origin.
Incurable progressive diseases and conditions requiring palliative care.
Diseases and conditions determined by the results of scientific research of natural healing resources, including taking into account the results of relevant long-term practice.
